Terms and Conditions of Discount Validation

B4 PARKING LTD – DISCOUNT USING THE VALIDATION APP

  1. Hotel guests
    The discount applies to the standard parking tariff for vehicles parked in the B4 Car Park accessed off Weaman Street, Birmingham. The hotel discount does not apply to vehicles parked in the B4 Car Park accessed from Printing House Street.
  2. Birmingham Children’s Hospital (BCH)
    The discount applies to the standard parking tariff for vehicles parked in either the B4 Car Park accessed off Weaman Street, Birmingham; or the B4 Car Park accessed off Printing House Street, Birmingham.
  3. To receive the discount, the vehicle registration number must be entered correctly into the validation app on the validation tablet.
  4. Once validated, the discounted parking tariff will be made available to be paid at the pay machines on the ground floor of the car park.
  5. Payment of the parking tariff must be made at the pay machines in the car park before driving out of the car park unless the vehicle is on the PAYG list of a B4 member’s account, in which case payment will be collected automatically from the payment card linked to the account, with no need to visit the pay machines.
  6. If you leave the car park without making payment the discounted parking tariff will no longer apply and the full standard tariff will be payable.
  7. Each individual parking stay must be validated every time you park.
  8. The validation only remains open for a period of time depending on which app has been used to validate the vehicle registration number. Details are shown on the validation tablet.
  9. If the vehicle re-enters and parks again, the vehicle registration number will need to be validated again in order to receive the discount. This applies to all subsequent individual parking stays.
  10. Each individual parking stay must be paid for at the pay machines in the car park every time before you drive out (unless you are a B4 member with the vehicle registration on your PAYG list).
  11. There are no refunds for incorrectly validated vehicle registration numbers.
  12. There are no refunds for vehicle registration numbers which have been validated after the parking stay has completed and the vehicle has exited the car park.
  13. The discount can be amended or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of B4 Parking Ltd (B4 Car Park).
