City centre parking for Arena Birmingham

Every year Arena Birmingham hosts hundreds of live events and if you’re going to drive in to the city centre, you may be concerned about getting caught up in the traffic.

Before and after a show, thousands of people are trying to get to and from the venue and it’s easy to end up sitting in a long line of cars! By the time you arrive, you can feel exhausted. Not only that, once the show is over, everyone leaves at the same time. Another recipe for traffic disaster!

Don’t get stuck in a traffic jam!

But there is an alternative to parking at the Arena. It’s called B4 Car Park and it’s on Weaman Street. Situated just off the A38(M) it’s easy to find when you arrive, and it’s easy to drive out on to the main city centre routes when you leave to go home.

B4 makes it so easy. Get in, park up and get on with your evening.

From B4 Car Park it takes 18-22 minutes to walk to the Arena, taking you past some wonderful examples of Victorian architecture; the new Library of Birmingham and finishing with a stroll along the picturesque canal.  That’s got to be better than staring at someone else’s bumper!

B4 Car Park – easy to get in and easy to get out

B4 is in the city centre and simple to get to. The entrance is on Weaman Street, B4 6DG located just off the A38(M)/ring road.

Leaving B4 after your visit to Birmingham is straightforward too. Enjoy a hassle-free exit on to Printing House Street and quickly get back on to the main ring road/A38(M) to continue your journey.

Many B4 customers say they’d rather park at B4 and walk to their destination, than sit in stop-start traffic watching time tick away and getting nowhere fast!

So don’t waste your time. Turn in to B4, park your car and get going 😊

Catch the Tram

From B4 car park it takes less than three minutes to walk to the nearest tram stop on Bull Street. Get on at Platform 1 and get off at Centenary Square which is the stop nearest Arena Birmingham.

The tram runs every 6-8 minutes during the day and every 15 minutes on evenings and Sundays.

There are various ticket options available for the tram and full information can be found by visiting the Metro website here.
