Birmingham car park drives home the importance of customer service

B4 Parking Ltd is delighted to announce it has been crowned winner of the Exceptional Customer Service award at the British Parking Awards 2017.

B4 is a superior quality car park open to the public 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Opening to the public less than two years ago, B4 has already picked up several awards including the prestigious European Gold Standard Parking Award.

Created and presented by Parking Review Magazine, the British Parking Awards, now in their 14th year, are an independent competition recognising the leading examples of car park management, enforcement, design and teamwork. This year the awards ceremony held on 10 March in Lancaster Hotel, London was presented by the impressionist, actress and singer, Debra Stephenson.
