2.00pm on 12 October 2019
On Saturday 12 October chef and award-winning food writer Olivia Potts will be discussing her moving book A Half Baked Idea. Enjoy Oliva’s company over a delicious afternoon tea at Bar Opus, serving sandwiches, scones and cakes.
At a difficult time in her life, Olivia would finish her working day as a criminal barrister and find comfort in cooking. After practising as a criminal barrister for five years, Olivia took the decision to swap the bar for a career in food. Olivia’s book about death and new beginnings is heart-warming, moving and funny.
The address for this event is: Bar Opus, Snow Hill Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6GH
